Single sign-on (SSO) allows users to sign onto multiple related, yet distinct, software platforms with one login. As of version 2018.2, users can access ALP SaaS through an external identity provider with an email address bound to an account on an external system.
To set up SSO, ALP SaaS Support must perform the initial configuration.
Note: We have discovered an issue related to SSO for users on Mac OS 12/ iOS 12 who are trying to access ALP SaaS from Safari. Apple's current privacy and security configuration does not work with Microsoft Azure AD, which ALP SaaS uses to power single sign-on.
If you encounter an issue logging into ALP SaaS on Mac OS 12/iOS 12 with Safari, we suggest you try a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
